In the context of a low-touch economy and a difficult period for the fashion world as the current one, it becomes challenging to show the new collections to our potential customers. At Modern Showroom, we have introduced Augmented Reality in our commercial offer to organize interactive demos to customers, without necessarily having to have all the physical products available and without the cost of transport and shipping. The fashion industry is one of those most affected by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. From the cancellation of fashion shows and presentations of new collections – often organized behind closed doors – to the drastic drop in sales experienced by both fast fashion and high fashion brands and the consequent closure of many stores, the fashion industry is experiencing a complex scenario, which nevertheless offers the possibility to rethink certain dynamics and implement improvements. The most drastic change has undoubtedly been the shift of sales to online channels. This rapid switch has meant that many brands have created their e-commerce, with difficulties both from an economic point of view and user experience, which often finds it complicated to buy clothing online. This is true both for the final consumer and for […]Read On
When we work from home, we don’t have to replicate the office environment! Short Story It’s the same story, the short story we all know. It’s for those that can find the most profound and beautiful meaning of a good life despite the life’s harnessing thrown it at us. While it may not be the most affordable choice in the market, silk provides the most value. Buy one wear it a million times and make sure adding to it The Story, that Short Story of wisdom […]Read On
A dream in which to sink down to rediscover one’s own spirit: experimental like the rock of the 70’s, madly exuberant and free, gypsy, absentmindedly poetic and naive. As simple and elegant as the facets of a stone, as precious as the brilliance of light reflected in it, the bodies are finally free to express themselves in a secret game of clean lines, contemporary cuts and total black look. The collection is a continuous chatter in foreign languages. The Scottish tartan wraps vests that tell of long Gypsy journeys across the Balkan lands; wide geometric gutters meet with stiff bows and necks, rooted in the style of ancient Sicily, rigid, but maliciously tempted by a certain taste of the Baroque. A Wunderkammer of precious details, unconventional, that exalt an imaginative and refined soul. A collection designed for dreamy, original women with a strong personality and freedom! Messy overlaps, irresistible patterns, underground traces. Fringes, studs, pearls, lace and transparencies.Oversized volumes are enriched with striking prints and details, cut-outs and decorations that cannot be missed. The models of the casual world are transformed and stretched into large T-shirt dresses, tulle and outerwear, the result of creative collages. The Ivygroovy style, with its taste for the eccentric […]Read On

Unsettle, a word that speaks to Billions of those unsettling artistic minds. Just like that it spoke to me: an unsettled and always Hustling creative mind. Every collection has a story and this collection, surely has a strange one. Inspirations born out of hustle, time deadline, chaos and never ending insomnia. All of these resulting in creating some art works which ended up spreading on the raw pieces of threads. Every print born out of flipping pages, scribble, gallery archives and even bare knowledge of photoshop, but the fire to bring out the best was not settled yet, until the idea and threads came to life. The collection name does not justify the garments but it does justify the situation, the hard work and hustle in which this collection took birth.Read On
