THE CARRIER

began her career in a completely different field, in fact her first work experience saw her as an auditor at PWC but she soon realised that her true passion was fashion and after a master’s degree in finance at Melbourne University she graduated in fashion design at the Royal Melbourne Insitute of Technology.

Sara was born in the 80’s and grew up during China’s rapid economic development, this background together with her experiences abroad led her to a unique and multicultural inner balance.

The collection

was born under the name MAXRIENY by SARA WONG and debuted at Milan Fashion Week in September 2020, but it is with fw 21.22 that Sara Wong decides to put herself at the centre of her project; in fact, the brand of which she is creative director changes its name to SARAWONG. A change intended to strengthen the bond between the designer and her audience. SARAWONG’s collections are the concrete realization of her dreams, strongly recognizable by their multicultural inspiration and always inspired by the world of art and fantasy. The designer always manages to combine her somewhat retro artistic taste with the spirit of modern design; she wants every woman who wears her creations to feel the beauty of balance and to present herself in a unique and original way.

The collections are always playful, bold and, of course, feminine.
