Kim Kwang is a London based brand whose collection’s reinstate Kwang’s intention to create a refined and elegant silhouette with his designs, one that resonates with his target customer of the independent, sophisticated and stylish woman that is looking to push boundaries with her style and not be afraid to stand out from the crowd. Kim Kwang, the designer, graduated with a MA in Fashion Footwear from Cordwainers College part of London College of Fashion as a Jimmy Choo Scholarship student. He gained a Graduate Diploma in Fashion womenswear from the famous fashion college, Central Saint Martins.  Prior to studying in London, Kwang studied in Milan at Insituto Marangoni, working towards a MA in Fashion Womenswear. With Kwang being the first person accredited with the Jimmy Choo Scholarship, he worked alongside Jimmy Choo as a footwear designer on the Jimmy Choo Couture Shoe Collection for three years before creating his own label.  Kwang’s style has evolved and inspiration for his AW18 collection is drawn from retro and vintage themes.
